The main theme of this year’s conference is: From foodomics to nutrigenomics: Translating food composition data into healthy diets . Dr. Eva Reinhard, Head of Agroscope, will officially open the conference on Tuesday. A total of five sessions with one or two keynote lectures and several short presentations are planned for each session.
